INCUBATOR PROGRAMS
YTA offers 4 different incubator programs. We just don’t do traditional tutorials, rather we provide proven 4 levels of incubator programs for all young students namely:
• Tykes Incubator Program (Toddlers: 18 months – 2.5 yrs old)
• Creators Incubator Program (Preschoolers: 2.5 yrs old – 6 yrs old)
• Innovators Incubator Program (Lower Elementary: Grades 1 – 3)
• Entrepreneurs Incubator Program (Higher Elementary: Grades 4 – 6)
Why will you be interested to our INCUBATOR PROGRAM? What is YTA INCUBATOR PROGRAM?
YTA INCUBATOR PROGRAM, is a complete supplemental hands-on learning program offered for preschoolers & graders compressed 1.5hrs per day, 5 times a week (Mondays thru Fridays). It starts in the afternoon at 0330PM and ends on 0500PM respectively. While our toddlers start 1250pm until 1500PM 5 times a week (Mondays thru Fridays). For students who are currently enrolled to other schools, they are more than welcome to avail and take advantage to our internationally & uniquely proven Incubator Programs offered in our facility.
When kids get their hands-on exciting projects, role plays, interactive learning and internationally proven worksheets, it will inspire them to learn. As most already know, that the learning pyramid shows that people learn about
• 5% by hearing about something,
• 10% by reading about it,
• 30% by seeing a demonstration,
• But a whopping 75% by doing it by themselves.
Every well-thought and crafted enrichment activities give kids brightest opportunity to excel in language, science, technology, engineering, math, geography/ history, arts & music, mindfulness and financial literacy.
Real life is full of surprises and sometimes challenges, so let us prepare our kids for it in the most fun & effective way and not in just any old way. Let us groom and prime them on how to think, speak and function like successful entrepreneurs, engineers, speakers & leaders with these playful and engaging programs.
Tykes Incubator Program (Toddlers: 18 months – 2.5 yrs old)
This childcare enrichment program is uniquely designed for toddlers. The program starts at 1230pm until 0300pm in the afternoon Mondays through Fridays. It is open to all tykes to improve proficiency by engaging fun in our organic and creative learning through play. Our skilled and trained teachers use their creativity to develop daily activities and materials where effective learning and playing blends.
By using various programs such as singing, dancing, outdoor and indoor playing, role playing, reading short stories prior sleeping and resting, snack preparation and basic practical life, and various arts and crafts activities, we reinforce learning in a fun filled environment. Because our curriculum is child-centered, we are adept at meeting the needs of our youngest and prepare environment conducive for them. Only when children feel safe and secure and have a structured routine can true learning occur. By understanding and valuing individual interests, our teachers and trained workers support active learning throughout the day that enhances cognitive, speech and motor skill achievement.

Creators Incubator Program (Preschoolers: 2.5 yrs old – 6 yrs old)
This Incubator Program is uniquely designed for children between the ages 2.5 through 6. The program starts at 0330pm until 0500pm in the afternoon Mondays through Fridays. By utilizing various interactive learning activities, this program provides hands-on activities that engages students in the way they learn naturally. With multisensory techniques, YTA’s Creators Incubator Program develops key learning skills such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration.
By the time a child is five years old, 85% of their intellect, personality, and skills will already be cemented. Creators Incubator Program promotes creativity and brain development by taking advantage of your child’s most productive intellectual years. This enhanced uniquely compressed program solidifies your child’s growth in general education and communication skills. Children can be enrolled at any time during the year and participate in our combined highly interactive subjects.
Innovators Incubator Program (Lower Elementary: Grades 1 – 3)
Our Innovators Incubator Program has been designed to promote active participation while coaching children to experience increased control of their own learning. This program starts at 0330pm until 0500pm in the afternoon Mondays through Fridays. We have crafted the ideal framework that marries structured programming, research based and skill-building methods with adaptable, creative frameworks that allow children to become innovators. This is YTA’s extended learning program that offers the lower elementary in their care more than just a safe place to be after school. Our philosophy is to provide students a true extension of their afternoon school day in a fun, safe & creative way. Research proves that PLAY is a powerful tool to engage students in 21st Century Skills. With this in mind, we integrate the elements of play throughout our entire program and provide special attention to this process through a variety of program elements such as arts, music, dancing and different forms of physical fitness and activities. All our Play Periods include supervised structured and unstructured time for students to use their imagination to learn, practice and incorporate creativity in arts and music, communication through public speaking, collaboration and critical thinking skills with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) program into their everyday life.
Entrepreneurs Incubator Program (Higher Elementary: Grades 4 – 6)
Traditionally, people define entrepreneurship as starting a new business or diving into a new endeavor focused on generating profit. At YTA’s Entrepreneurs Incubator Program we are pushing the boundaries of that definition to include a broader scope of the human
experience. Engineers, Doctors and teachers can be entrepreneurs, launching their own personal brands. Entrepreneurs can be focused on creating change in their worlds by starting a non-profit or launching small business ideas with small capital. Launching yourself into adulthood is an entrepreneurial endeavor in and of itself.
We will continue to focus on deepening critical thinking skills while encouraging every student to get creative in solving problems both big and small. Hand-m-hand they will continually excel in speaking, writing and expressing own selves through arts and music. Along the way, our students will establish relationships with professionals in fields they’re interested in. Through this Incubator Program, students learned not only how to take an idea from inception and design a minimum viable product version of the idea and to make it tangible. They also learned about their leadership styles, how they work under pressure, and how to persevere when challenges arise. Offering STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) programs.
