While most public schooling programs follow the same style of teaching and trust in the same learning theories, YTA introduces this hybrid and modernly immersed styles and methodology for schooling which focus not just Montessori but also on mixed different styles of provenly effective teaching and learning in the Philippine set-up. These programs focus on children\u2019s social lives, hands-on or self-determined learning, the effects of a variety of experiences, and communities of learning, among other things. YTA uniquely embody the three alternative teaching philosophies of Maria Montessori, Steiner\/Waldorf, and Reggio Emilia.\u00a0 \u00a0Our uniquely modern and hybrid YTA Montessori style of teaching \u2013 a child-centered educational approach highlights deep respect for children as unique individuals and the belief that each child was born with innate potential. Every material, activity and classroom are designed to help children follow their own passions at their own pace. They work independently and in groups.
